Rado Balboa Cologny | Stickerback, pristine, gradient dial

This is a watch I am extremely pleased to bring to the shop.  It's a mid 70's Rado Balboa Cologny, and it's fantastic.

The sharp rectangular case is polished tungsten carbide.  There are no signs of wear on the case that I can detect.  The original caseback sticker is still present and in good condition.

Dial is a brown gradient, with white printed Roman numerals.  There is no wear or patina on the dial.  The gold crown is in perfect condition.  The sapphire is pristine.  

The bracelet is a mix of brushed stainless with polished tungsten carbide studding.  All of the studs are intact, which is uncommon on these models.  The bracelet will fit a wrist of up to just under 7".  

The only wear I can really see on this watch is on the clasp, where there are some small rubs.

Watch is manually wound and keeping good time.

All in all, it looks like this watch was purchased in 1974, set in a drawer, and forgotten about.  It would be equally at home on an enthusiast's wrist as in a serious collection.
