Fortune Diver | Compact, solid, stealthy

These PVD Fortune divers are extremely cool.

The PVD Brevet case (yes, the same case used by Heuer) is 29mm x 35mm. As far as I can tell, everything outside of the dial and hands are also the same as the Heuer divers. I like this big arrow handset better than the overly popular mercedes style.

The dial and hands on this watch are pristine. The lume has started to develop a nice patina, pillowing and yellowing nicely. There's a rub on the bezel between 10 and 15 but otherwise there's so significant wear on the case. PVD is fully intact. It looks like it lived in a drawer for the past 50 years.

The bezel action feels great, and the seconds hand hits the markers all the way around the dial.

14mm lugs secure a NOS Tropic strap. Like the actual brand Tropic, the original maker of this strap style.

All in all, this is an uncommon, compact, high quality package. I'm keeping the black dial variant for my personal collection, and am happy to share this one with you guys.
